Rensource Energy Nigeria is an alternative energy company operating across Nigeria. Our brief was to design and retrofit a defunct Oceanic Bank Building to accommodate this new age company which boasts an 80% millennial workforce. In essence, the space we created would form the bases of their identity as a company.

The office space has to accommodate different sectors of the company from the more casual space for the Engineers on the ground floor to the more corporate space for the Finance and Legal on the first floor. Hot-desking is fundamental to the company’s work policy and allows for increased flexibility in how we approached the design.
