5 Four

The 5 four project is the design of five 4-bedroom terrace houses. Faced with the challenges of city living for the young professional or growing family, we designed the units though joined by party walls but to function independently. We were able to achieve this by ensuring all access and services are independent. These minimalist units are well-built, affordable, user-friendly,  functional, and modern spaces with an emphasis on natural light. We also incorporated a skylight in every unit to throw light down the internal staircase.
